Home Care and Hospice Essential Webinar Network

Having a meaningful end-of-life experience is not a new concept within hospice. Often, we hear the term “good death” associated with this, but what does that mean? Who defines it? Is not achieving a good death a failure? This webinar will teach the interdisciplinary team what this confusing term means and how to overcome related challenges. The main role of the hospice and palliative care interdisciplinary team is to help people envision and plan for their best possible experience. However, if caregivers remain problem-focused, opportunities may be missed. Join us for a deep dive into the very specific role of planning and facilitating each person’s version of a good death.
