The Government Affairs Committee is a standing committee of the Alliance and reports to the Board of Directors.

The Committee is responsible for creating the legislative agenda and developing position statements on emerging state and federal issues impacting our industry. The Committee meets monthly during the legislative session to monitor the home care, home health and hospice legislative and policy initiatives and provides members with access to valuable information and research on key federal legislative and regulatory issues.
