Promotes, develops, implements, and evaluates learning & developmental activities for new and existing clinical staff. This position will sit primarily at the Saco, ME location while providing education and support services virtually throughout all regions of Maine. Position Summary: Clinical Educator and participates in the planning, implementing and evaluation of education opportunities, including orientation and annual competencies throughout the agency. The Clinical Educator works closely with clinical leadership and serves as a role model while providing leadership needed to educate and implement evidence-based practice for the safety and wellbeing of our patients. Utilizes instructional techniques and learning principles to assess learning needs, implement job aides, performance criteria and interactive practical experiences to support staff development based on identified educational needs.
